Asia Pacific Metrology Programme (APMP) 는 아시아·태평양 지역 전반의 국가측정표준기관(National metrology institutes, NMIs) 을 한자리에 모아, 지역 간 협력을 강화하고 전문 지식을 공유하며 측정학 분야의 발전을 도모하는 것을 목표로 한다.
The Asia Pacific Metrology Programme (APMP) aims to bring together national metrology institutes (NMIs) from across the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen regional cooperation, share expertise, and advance the field of metrology.

제 41회 APMP는 Genral Assembly 와 Related Acitities 를 함께 진행하여 회원 기관 간의 기술 교류를 촉진하고 측정 표준의 향상을 위한 플랫폼을 제공함으로써, 글로벌 과학 및 산업 발전에 기여하고자 2025년 11월 21 부터 28까지 인천, 송도 컨벤시아에서 개최되었다.
The 41st APMP was held in conjunction with the General Assembly and related activities, providing a platform to promote technical exchange among member institutes and to enhance measurement standards, thereby contributing to global scientific and industrial progress. The event took place from November 21 to 28, 2025, at Songdo Convensia, Incheon, Republic of Korea.

2025년은 한국 표준 과학 연구원(Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, KRISS) 설립 50주년이자 미터 협약(Meter Convention) 150 주년을 맞이하는 해로, 측정학의 역사와 미래를 함께 기념하는 특별한 기회가 되었고, 아시아·태평양 지역은 물론 전 세계 측정 표준의 성장과 발전을 지속적으로 지원하는 계기가 되었다.
The year 2025 marked the 50th anniversary of the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) and the 150th anniversary of the Meter Convention, making the event a special opportunity to celebrate both the history and the future of metrology. It also served as a meaningful occasion to continue supporting the growth and development of measurement standards across the Asia-Pacific region and worldwide.

큐라드는 홍보부스를 운영하며, 국내외 국가측정표준기관 소속 전문가들을 대상으로 큐라드에서 개발·판매 중인 측정기기 및 측정장비에 대한 리플렛을 배포하고 회사 및 제품 홍보를 진행하였다.
QRAD operated a promotional booth, distributing leaflets on its measurement instruments and systems to experts from national metrology institutes (NMIs) both domestically and internationally.

특히 양자 광원 및 관련 측정 솔루션을 중심으로 한 사업 활동을 집중적으로 홍보하였으며, 관련 연구 및 과제를 준비중인 여러 나라의 복사측정 전문가들과 심도 있는 기술 상감을 진행하였고, 일부 기관에서는 차년도 연구 과제 기획에 반영하기 위한 제품 견적 요청이 이루어지는 등 실질적인 협력 가능성을 확인하였다.
QRAD focused on promoting its quantum light sources and related measurement solutions, engaging in in-depth technical discussions with radiometry experts from institutions preparing related research. As a result of these consultations, some institutes requested quotations for potential inclusion in their research planning for the following year, indicating tangible opportunities for future collaboration.

광도·복사도 전문위원회(Technical Committee for Photometry and Radiometry, TCPR) 의 부속 행사로 개최된 TCPR workshop 에서는 큐라드 대표(이동훈)가 측정 기반 창업 사례를 주제로 초청 발표를 진행하여, 잠재 고객 및 연구자들을 대상으로 한 기술 및 기업 홍보 활동을 수행하였다. 본 행사를 통해 큐라드는 국내외 측정 전문가들에게 측정기술 기반 창업기업으로서의 인지도를 제고하고, 양자 광원 솔루션 개발 역량과 사업 방향성을 효과적으로 알리는 성과를 얻었다.
During the TCPR Workshop, held as a side event of the Technical Committee for Photometry and Radiometry (TCPR), the CEO of QRAD (Dr. Dong-Hoon Lee) delivered an invited presentation on a measurement-technology-based startup case, further promoting the company and its solutions to potential customers and researchers. Through these activities, QRAD successfully enhanced its visibility among domestic and international metrology experts and effectively communicated its strengths as a measurement-technology-based startup, as well as its capabilities in developing quantum light source solutions.
