Measurements of optical detector properties such as spectral responsivity, non-linearity, dynamic range, sensitivity, and spatial/angular/temporal response characteristics can be realized with high accuracy and reliability.
Spectral Responsivity System (SRS)
- Fully automated instrument for testing the spectral characteristics of optical detectors
- Spectral light source based on a QTH lamp and a grating monochromator
- Wavelength range from 300 nm to 1600 nm
- Traceable to KRISS with uncertainty of 0.6 % ~ 1.8 % (k = 2)
- Customized solution provided with a software
- Model variations:
- SRS: Basis model with a collimated or focused beam for spectral power responsivity
- SRS-IS: System with an integrating sphere for spectral irradiance responsivity
- SRS-EX: System for an extended wavelength range (in preparation)
